We believe art should enrich the lives of those who experience it. We believe this can happen in every genre and style. We believe art inspires conversation and builds community. And we believe life without art just isn't worth it.

Take your time, enjoy yourself. We'd love to hear what you think about a piece or about art in general. And we'd love if you'd share something.

But mostly, we'd just love for you to find something new, and be inspired.

Yo, the fiends ain’t comin fast enough. There is no cut that’s pure enough. I can’t fold, I need gold, I re-up and reload. Product must be sold to you.

North Shore Sessions is an organization that takes musicians in Duluth, MN out to random locations and shoots them with a single camera as they perform. This session was Cecil Otter, Mike Mictlan, Lazerbeak, and Sims of Doomtree freestyling a capella out in the cold.
YouTube user annikannikannika took Sims’s and Cecil’s flows and added sick background music.

"Sonnet 94"

They that have power to hurt and will do none
That do not do the thing they most do show,
Who, moving others, are themselves as stone,
Unmoved, cold, and to temptation slow;
They rightly do inherit heaven’s graces
And husband nature’s riches from expense;
They are the lords and owners of their faces,
Others but stewards of their excellence.
The summer’s flower is to the summer sweet,
Though to itself it only live and die,
But if that flower with base infection meet,
The basest weed outbraves his dignity:
  For sweetest things turn sourest by their deeds;
  Lilies that fester smell far worse than weeds.
